Digital courses and downloadable products
Because SellerCoach courses and digital resources are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a duplicate payment or technical billing issue is confirmed.
Consultation bookings
If you book a consultation and need to reschedule, contact us in advance and we will do our best to move your session to a new slot. Refunds for unused consultation time are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Duplicate or failed transactions
If you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment is debited but access is not provided, contact SellerCoach support with your order details. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method.
